If you receive any messages from Muk3D or instructions from Muk3D support to update your CodeMeter license, it can either be done using the Muk3D launch window in v2024, or through the CodeMeter Control Center.

From Muk3D launch window

Open the options panel by clicking on the button in the lower right corner of the launch screen.

From the Licensing menu, select Generate license update request.

Check the box next to the license you want to update and hit OK.

A request will be generated and highlighted in Windows Explorer. If you have Outlook installed, an email is automatically generated with the request file attached to it.

Finally, send the license update file to our support team at licensing@muk3d.com and we’ll send back a license update file.

From CodeMeter Control Center

Log onto the CodeMeter license server and open CodeMeter Control Center.  This can be found either in the Start Menu/CodeMeter/CodeMeter Control Center, or can be found in the Windows Taskbar

Select the Muk3D network license on the left hand side.

Click the License update button. 

Create a license request

Email the file that is generated and we’ll send an update.  Note the location that the file is saved to as you’ll need to find this in Windows Explorer.  The location is generally c:\Users\<username>\xxx-xxxxxxx.WibuCmRaC

Finally, send the license update file to our support team at licensing@muk3d.com and we’ll send back a license update file.
